Last weekend we had one of the toughest GPs of the FIM Motocross World Championship and also Jeremy’s home GP. In the deep Lommel sand and on a renewed circuit, Jerre set down a more than great performance. The Construct Honda rider put the finishing touches on last year’s disappointing home GP. He showed that he still has the speed to finish top 10 in the FIM Motocross World Championship.
On Saturday it was a bit of a search for the right settings on the renewed circuit, so he drove his Construct Honda to eighth place in the qualifying race. In both series he took a great start, which put him in the top 10. Thanks to his speed and perseverance and encouraged by the Belgian fans, he finished seventh in the first heat and ninth in the second heat, giving him seventh place overall in the GP. He also finished first Honda rider, not bad I think?
Next week he will compete in the Finnish GP and also his last.
