No break for our factory Beta rider Jeremy, after oss we had the fifth round of the FIM Motocross World Championship, on the hard pack track in Loket, located 150km from the capital city Prague. Loket has been a part of the calendar since 1995, Jeremy won the GP here in 2014.
During time practice it took a little time to find the right settings for the Factory Beta 450 RX on the difficult Loket hard pack. In the last minutes of the session Jeremy set down a 14th time, what wasn’t that bad on this fast and technical track.
The start is the key for a good result here in Loket, and Jeremy started well in the first race, sitting around 11th in first lap. Lap after lap he found the right lines and riding simular times as the top five, what brought him to a incredible 7th place.
Also in the second race he started around 11th place and rode his SDM Corse Beta 450 RX to a 9th place, what brought him to a 8th place overall in the GP and his best result so far on the new Beta Motor.
Jeremy Van Horebeek: “P7 and P9 for P8 overall here in loket ! Best weekend so far with the beta bike and really proud of what we are doing ! We learn every time we go out on track but we are on the good direction still a lot of racing left but so thankful for all the hard work @betamotor1905 put’s into this and thankful to have a great team like @sdm_corse_official with really hard working people because it maybe looks easy but a lot of hard work is put into this project ! We keep building step by step and enjoy it every single day ! See you guys in Lommel“
Next week we have Jeremy his home GP in the deep sand of Lommel. We hope to see you all in Lommel to support Jeremy in his home GP of Flanders , there are still tickets available… buy your tickets HERE No PCR test required to enter the GP !!!
