MXGP Portugal

Mantova is just behind us, and the FIM Motocross World Championship is heading to Agueda Portugal. The well known track with the famous dark yellow soil situated between Porto and Lisbon will host the sixth round of the MXGP season.

In the sessions on saturday the Honda SR Motoblouz rider put down the third time at the free practice and was eleventh in the time practice, he rode his Honda 450 CRF from the 27th to the 19th place after a bad start in qualifiyng race. On sunday Jeremy had a very bad start in the first race, because he was closed in at te first corner. Despite that bad start he was able to ride his Honda SR Motoblouz from fifteenth to a twelfth position in that hard race. Gajser won the first race from Cairoli and Tonus. His start was better in the second race and came by in tenth place. Jeremy fought hard to keep his tenth place, but about half way the race he lost a position to Lieber and a few laps later he also had to let Jasikonis pass, so he ended up the second race in twelfth position. Gajser won also this race from Cairoli and Tonus. Jeremy ended twelfth overal in the gp, what isn’t that bad after his surgery on his shoulder only a few weeks ago. Our Honda SR Motoblouz rider is eight now in the FIM Motocross World championship. In a week time we are in “Saint Jean d’Angely” France for the home MXGP of Jerre his team Honda SR Motoblouz.
